This form is used to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract.

How to proceed - step by step:

1. Fill in the Order Number for which you wish to exercise the withdrawal from the contract.

2. Enter your Email provided in the order (based on the email, we will fill in the remaining details automatically, and they can be adjusted later).

3. Select the Subject of Withdrawal, where you choose a specific item or the entire order.

4. Provide the Bank Account / IBAN to which you wish to have the money refunded.

5. Via Attached Files, you can insert, for example, a photo of damaged goods (optional).

6. Clicking the Submit Form button completes the request, and we will send a Confirmation of Contract Withdrawal, including the filled-in information, to your email.
